Max radio was able to achieve the world record for ‘the world’s longest radio show’. Krishanjeewa and Gihan , the two presenters who have been hosting this show were able to beat the previous Guinness world record set out by the New Zealander in 2009 for 176.5 hours.

Krishanjeewa and Gihan the two Sri Lankan world record holders, launched the marathon radio show on the 10th September 2010 at 7.18 am and still continuing with the show to establish a fresh record time which anyone would find it extremely difficult to break. The show still draws a massive response from our listeners and we at max wish Gihan and Krishanjeewa all the very best in there achievement.
